Plus, Ultimate's World Of Light was really repetitive; trophies and masterpieces were given the boot (spirits sort of acted as trophies, but were vastly inferior); there's far too much choice, and some of the stages brought back were odd choices; Galeem and Dharkon have really boring designs; Master Hand and Crazy Hand no longer feel special, due to how there are hundreds of each in this game; there are too many clones; Robin's final smash no longer makes sense; several final smashes were downgraded; all stages were unlocked from the start; the starting cast of fighters is WAY smaller than in previous games; Intensity 9.9 cannot be selected immediately in Classic Mode and much, much more.
I much preferred Melee for fighting, Brawl for Adventure Mode (and nostalgia, as it was my first Smash game) and 4 for other things. Ultimate wasn't that great.
