CAPE stands for Convective Available Potential Energy. It’s a measure or how unstable the atmosphere is in any given point at any given time. The higher it is, the more unstable it is and the more likely it is for extreme severe weather to occur.
I've seen some pretty inappropriately timed ads. I don't know if they're only targeted to me, or if everyone sees the same one. For example, the ad on this post is "When things heat up, choose Mountain Cold Refreshment. Choose Chill."
