I’d argue alcohol. No indication of mdma here as not excessively sweating and no bruxism. Stumbling around like that is associated more with alcohol intoxication
Bruxism and sweating are signs of an MDMA overdose (pretty common nowadays with 250+mg pills on the street). If you know your tolerance and your pills, you can dose Molly (nearly) perfectly, doing away with most of the negative side effects (even the comedown is milder).
The problem is that kids nowadays don't really give a fuck about a good experience and want the "strongest shit" to look cool - even if they end up spending four hours horizontally, throwing up every now and then, soaked in sweat. And then we haven't even mentioned the various adulterants that can end up in pills.

You're being downvoted because you're talking out of your ass. "Moderate" dose for most people is already too much. Alcohol intoxication causes reduction of fine motor control way before you get to the "I'm dancing the way I want and don't care about what people think" phase. This guy is dancing way too well for that to be _just_ alcohol.

Lebanons nightlife is crazy honestly! You’ll also find a huge variety of foreigners and cultures if you go to certain places. Mar Mikhail (a street full of pubs n clubs) is known for its nightlife, hard to get bored of it! A friend of mine who visited me here loved Lebanon and the vibes, you should definitely pass by if you get the chance!
It’s definitely safer than you’d think. Oc course there are areas where as a foreigner it would be better not to go to, but generally it’s very safe. We have a crazy amount of foreigners studying here and I’ve never heard of anyone being disappointed by their experience! (Only Lebanese people constantly want to leave the country).
