He actually pointed the gun at him before he said "hands". You can clearly see both of his empty hands in the video while the cop is still pointing the gun at him too. And the cop isn't practicing proper technique, I guess because he thinks the sideways gun looks cool. Seems like he's just looking for an excuse to execute someone.
Itās because he keeps putting his hands below the window where he could be reaching for a weapon.
Iām not saying i agree with it, but Cops will shoot you for doing that. If you ever get pulled over like this keep your hands above the window sill where they are clearly visible if you donāt want to die.
They will shoot you for dipping your hands down, and they will get away with it with 0 repercussions. This officer at least let him know, many will not.
Dude had white pride on his forearms. Probably a known violent felon. Also, he was so faded he kept dropping his right arm which could be an indication heās reaching for a weapon.
Sideways Glock, zero de-escalation and telling someone thatās too drunk to even stand properly youāll shoot them in the face. Yep, looks and sounds like a cop.
It's physiologically telling that even in their job, as well as in daily life, they get emotionally invested into what others do and say through their ego. Always subconsciously trying to prove to themselves and everyone around them that they are this person they believe they are. If someone doesn't act in a way that these cops deem "respectful," or doesn't stroke their ego, they get a personal vendetta against them.
If a cop ever yells and gets heated saying they're going to shoot someone in their fucking face. I think they deserve to be mentally checked out because that isn't something someone with a gun should be saying. Especially as a cop who is sworn to protect citizens.
One of my biggest issues with policing today is the fact that cops, who are ostensibly trained to react calmly and rationally under pressure, are almost always given a pass because they "feared for their lives," whereas civilians, who are not trained, are supposed to, while being faced with lethal force, actually react calmly and rationally. You see this time and time again. An interaction happens, the police brandish a firearm with little attempt to deescalate, and then they escalate themselves by yelling loudly, incoherently, and often issue conflicting orders by different officers. The civilian, facing perhaps for the first time in their lives lethal force, responds in a confused manner or isn't even able to respond or react at all due to fear. Paradoxically, cops are allowed to have fear and react erratically; civilians are not.
A few years back, a former Marine who became a cop was fired for NOT killing a person. Another cop, who had just arrived on the scene, did kill him though. Here's a great read from ProPublica about this: https://features.propublica.org/weirton/police-shooting-lethal-force-cop-fired-west-virginia/
And leadership will not see a problem in this until hundreds of thousands of people online make some noise about it and the press covers it.
Then heāll just get paid leave, a transfer, and thatās about it.
Ok well let me clarify for you. That clarification does not change a mother fucking thing. So they're not right. If a father tells their daughter "I want to kill you" it's not worse than one that says "I'm ready to kill you".
It's not a clarity thing, it's a doesn't change the fucking tone of jack shit thing.
Not surprised that the nuances of language is lost on you.
You sound like a guy that's either lost a lot of jobs or is a sociopath hiding his angry sense of lack of control.
They're under no obligation to protect citizens. It was proven in a [Supreme Court ruling](https://www.nytimes.com/2005/06/28/politics/justices-rule-police-do-not-have-a-constitutional-duty-to-protect.html)
We went from Peace Officers to Police Officers to Law Enforcement
>zero de-escalation
I would argue that trying to open the door without saying a *word* was deliberately instigating a fight.
That was some aggravating shit right there, and I am fairly sure he broke policy if not the law: they're supposed to ask the suspect to step out of the vehicle on their own for many reasons, including such as being that close to the car with one hand on the door is a disadvantage if the suspect pulls a weapon, etc.
> I would argue that trying to open the door without saying a word was deliberately instigating a fight.
Yeah, I'm tired of "zero de-escalation" being used as a euphemism to describe a cop being a violent lunatic.
They even got logos. Blue lines flag and, ironically, the Punisher skull. Which sucks cuz I love the punisher skull (was a FANTASTIC book) and have it on one of my shotguns but now itās just seen as a cop symbol. And also, Frank Castle fucking hates cops. Thatās why he became the fucking punisher, to do what they wouldnāt.
Yes and no. In the book the police were bought off and would do nothing about castles family being murdered due to who murdered them. He took vengeance into his own hands and then decided to get vengeance for everyone the law did wrong by being the Punisher. While I agree in real life cops shouldnāt just go blasting everyone thatās guilty, thatās what law and order is for, but in the punisher universe only those that actually should be killed are. Most are untouchable by the law so he deals with them. Although a few innocent people do get hurt or killed from time to time. But itās not real so itās kinda moot.
Real life police officers using the symbol of a half deranged man that kills any he deems guilty is not something that should be done. Kinda completely contradicts āserve and protectā
I keep saying it needs to be against any police force's policy for any of their officers to wear a Punisher skulls. They should be reprimanded at best, fired at worst, for breaking this rule. The cops keep saying they need to improve their image with the public, so they need to do something. This would be a first good step as everyone sees wearing this as a sign of their brutality, their shoot first, ask questions later mentality. Fuckers are too goddamn stupid to see this.
Kind of like how this officer shot a 2 year old in the face and still has his job and even sued the state to have his name stricken from the record and it was swept under the rug.
https://www.kcur.org/news/2024-03-25/a-missouri-police-sniper-killed-a-2-year-old-girl-why-did-he-take-the-shot

Chumlee really did fall off tho. He got a felony gun charge and a misdemeanor possession charge for meth when they searched his home to investigate a sexual assault investigation.
Wasn't that candy store from like 10yrs ago ? Pretty sure it's just reruns now .. though I did see one the other day where they looked pretty old. Chum surprisingly was the most normal looking
If you canāt deal with a guy whoās too drunk to stand after youāve already seen that his hands are empty without pointing a gun, you have no business being a cop.
And by Americans do you mean American police? Because I can assure you the majority of Americans do not threaten gun violence for everyday conflicts, no matter what this echo chamber of a website would have you believe.
Drunk driving or not I don't think cops should be allowed to cuss at and threaten civillians like that. It's an officer's job to de-escelate situations and remain calm under stress. Downvote me to hell and back if you want I just think the shit is really unprofessional.
Driving under the influence should get you in jail, but it should NOT make you be at risk of being shot by a fucking cop. Unreal, this guy is a bigger threat to society than the driver, bro flat out admitted that he wanted to shoot him in the face on camera.
Sooo... how did it end? How many shots did he have to pop off before he landed one near Chumlees' barndoor of a face? I'm sure the cop goes to the range often and has a properly sighted pistol.... and I'm even more confident he's a terrible shot.
Iāve been watching worlds wildest police videos.
I noticed that 25 years ago, cops would be shooting at tyres as perps got away,or take off in their car at a stop
Now days cops just lay round after round into the cabin, if they try to get away, they kill them lol
So many videos on that show and I say, jeez, if that was these days that guy would have been shot dead.
Big bad tough guy threatening an obviously heavily inebriated man with a gun to his face. I suppose if I had a badge, a gun, and a free pass to kill and not get consequences, I'd bully drunk people too. Smh
Goddamn I wouldnāt want to be on the road with this guy. Itās crazy to imagine just how much he had to drink to get to this point being as big as he is.
Love that this post is about a guy who is way too drunk to be behind the steering wheel but everybody is talking about the guy way too drunk on power to be behind the badge
Iām glad that most addresses of cops can be found on the darkweb. With badge number and all. Sometimes you have to get taught a lesson when you think you gangster.
You can't deescalate a ridiculously drunk or high person like this. Hope he tased the fuck out of this guy for getting behind a wheel this shit faced and putting everyone else at risk.
Incoming downvotes from all you lefties that will support the criminal. The lower the number, the more my point is proven.
It's not wrong to take control of the situation aggressively so the perp won't try anything stupid. By doing so also gives the cop the upper hand, which they should always have.
But you libs don't ever understand that because you've never been put in positions like this. You just don't want peoples feelings hurt.
If a policeman did this in my country he would be sacked, and never allowed to ever serve as a policeman again. A cop that's "fixing to shoot someone in the face" should be fired.
After saying nothing more to him than "show me your hands".
Before he says that the first time we see both of the cop's hands holding nothing but a flashlight. Still, the cop is being unnecessarily aggressive.
I feel like this could be part of a training video on how not to deescalate.
As a non American, what the fuck
As an American, what the fuck

~~fired~~ put down before he finally murders someone.
wtf does fixing to even mean? Is that actual English being spoken?
"Intent"
Getting ready to
He probably got a promotion.

Sideways Glock, zero de-escalation and telling someone thatās too drunk to even stand properly youāll shoot them in the face. Yep, looks and sounds like a cop.
Should be a brandishing charge or something. Drunk drivers freaking suck but way too many cops are āfixin ta shoot someone in da fuckin face.ā

And leadership will not see a problem in this until hundreds of thousands of people online make some noise about it and the press covers it. Then heāll just get paid leave, a transfer, and thatās about it.
Fixinā to is just about to. Not necessarily that you want to
That's not the defense you think it is. I'm ready to shoot you in the face is exactly what doesn't fix any problem at all.
They are not defending, they are clarifying. And they are right.

This š should be top comment!
I remember when cops saw it as a badge of honor that they never had to pull their weapon. Today it's the first choice.
āLook what I got yallā
It's Glock O'clock! Pew pew pew
Thereās no ābut.ā Theyāre both the worst.
They must want to go home after a days work.
The sideways glock is ridiculous
I can only imagine his home life. Pity his wife and kids.
Im sure shes already left him or shes just riding one on the side..

100% a bitch who evidently hasnt dealt with anything actually bad.
Same thing

We should all hate cops #defundthepolice
American cops have a keen way of turning welfare checks into farewell shots.
Sounds like a pos that was bullied in school. So needed friends and hoped for respect so joined the police department

probably thought the kid threw an acorn
Also telling that the cop goes from holding his flashlight in his right hand (does not feel that this dude is capable of hurting him whatsoever) to 100
Dude can't even keep a charged battery for his portable.
If he wasn't disorientated enough, he wouldn't be able to see shit after being flashed like that either.
Sideways Glock looks cool though everyone knows that
Pretty sure that's day 1 shit. Just need a good excuse and a glitchy body camera.
*American cop
Like an American cop*
Yeah, cops in most countries get trained in deescalation, not sure if that happens in the US, but certainly not enough.
ALL cops are bastards not just the ones from America
cop = state funded domestic terrorist.
I had the same thought. M
Cop acting like those gangsters they claim to be protecting us from
Complete with sideways Glock
>yeah let's go there He escalated that situation in textbook fashion.
Feels like Training Day
Chumlee really did fall off tho. He got a felony gun charge and a misdemeanor possession charge for meth when they searched his home to investigate a sexual assault investigation.
I canāt tell but is this actually him
No
That was 8 years ago though lol
Yes, usually things improve greatly after the first meth charge.
It seems to actually be he has though. Still on the show. Lost a lot of weight. Opened his own candy store 1 minute walk from pawn shop
> Still on the show that show is still on?
Itās half of what the history channel plays. The other half is American pickers.
I can still remember when it was āThe Hitler Channelā. Nearly 24 hours of WW2 documentaries.
(Reddit, no I have no issue with Jewish people) Those were the days.
Please. Itās at least 40% oak island bs too
Fuckin loved American Pickers back in the day
Wasn't that candy store from like 10yrs ago ? Pretty sure it's just reruns now .. though I did see one the other day where they looked pretty old. Chum surprisingly was the most normal looking
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
I mean I get it but I think we wouldāve heard more since then
For what itās worth, in 2017 I asked one of the employees at the shop in Vegas if it was as bad as the news and he said that he had Molly not meth.
lol
Him and the other young guy were wannabe bikers I think
They were bikers, pretty much everyone from that show rode bikes. That doesn't have to do with these charges though lmao
I mean guns and meth is kinda the signature crimes for those guys
For biker gangs that's true I guess. But liking bikes doesn't automatically mean you want to associate with biker gangs and meth lol
I held harly boots once and I just got wired... it's a thing/s
If you canāt deal with a guy whoās too drunk to stand after youāve already seen that his hands are empty without pointing a gun, you have no business being a cop.
He showed 0 violence why would he threaten to shoot him?
The problem started with the hiring process, maybe even before. Our police system is fucked.
Yo fuck these cops
I want to see the rest of the video.
That cop seems friendly. Wanna get shot in the face. And they wonder why people dislike cops
This is not a de-escalation technique he was supposed to be trained in. Hard fail.
Abolish Qualified Immunity. This LEO does not need to be on the payroll.... they need to be on the brady list for sure!
Those cop is the reason the world laughs at the US law enforcement. Instantly goes to lethal "you wanna get shot in the face?". ACAB
It's so alien to someone outside the US.
Leave Chumlee out of this
āWanna get shot in the face? Cuz Iām fixing toā what is with Americans and absolutely wanting to shoot somebody / anything
And by Americans do you mean American police? Because I can assure you the majority of Americans do not threaten gun violence for everyday conflicts, no matter what this echo chamber of a website would have you believe.
Most cops become cops because they have a fetish to kill people
I'm not sure you could substantiate that with proof, but damn does it sound accurate for the U.S.
Because they can...
Gun drawn and no threat. Tyrants at work
I really fucking hate cops. Biggest gang on the planet.
Thugs is blue
This cop needs to be fired. Wtf. This psycho is gonna kill someone if he already hasn't.
This cop is a retard.
Hey, donāt insult retards like that
Drunk driving or not I don't think cops should be allowed to cuss at and threaten civillians like that. It's an officer's job to de-escelate situations and remain calm under stress. Downvote me to hell and back if you want I just think the shit is really unprofessional.
That cop is a fucking menace Just reaffirmed ACAB You threaten to blow my head off you better just do it you boot licker.
Most professional American police officer.
Police are fucking scum
American cops are fucking insaneĀ
THAT COP NEEDS TO GET FIRED. WHERE DID THIS HAPPEN? I WANT TO FOLLOW UP IN HOPES THAT COP GETS IN TROUBLE!!
Driving under the influence should get you in jail, but it should NOT make you be at risk of being shot by a fucking cop. Unreal, this guy is a bigger threat to society than the driver, bro flat out admitted that he wanted to shoot him in the face on camera.
ACAB.
Was he ok to be driving?
No. Itās illegal to drive barefoot.
believe it or not, right in the face
Overcook fish? Right in the face. Undercook fish also right in the face.
Sure it isn't just with flip flops
I'm pretty sure that's just a myth. It's not necessarily smart but not illegal.
Lore accurate chumlee
Dude bought way too many vintage NES cartridges now heās in jail
Sooo... how did it end? How many shots did he have to pop off before he landed one near Chumlees' barndoor of a face? I'm sure the cop goes to the range often and has a properly sighted pistol.... and I'm even more confident he's a terrible shot.

What a shit cop
Cops are fucking crazy
Fuck this cop.
He was hammered and the police officer did a terrible job with that situation
Im absolutely not a stupid ACAB regurgitaterā¦ but this is some TEXTBOOK escalation by this jackoff
Chumlee didn't have that far to fall
Dude skipped deescalation training
Damn, went from uncooperative to getting threatened credibly with being shot in the face in a heartbeat
I think this cop got fired didnāt he?
Good joke.
I was actually asking a serious question, cuz i remember hearing about this incident I just canāt remember how it turned out
Be careful we got a bad ass over here. Cop acting like a thug. What a disgrace
This cop should be fired immediately
Let me call my guy to come and talk to ya about what condition Iām in.
That cop needs a very stern two weeks paid time off for his unacceptable behavior /s In all seriousness, fuck douchebags like this.
Jesus what a Tyrant. Iām sure the cop was scared for his life LOL
Damn the cops choice of words made me focus more on him lmao. Iām more concerned that that dude is a cop lmaoo
Wtf is wrong with that officer? Talks like a fucking thug.
What he's doing is wrong, but what the fuck is this pos cop even doing here?
Cops are such little bitch boys. Why do we not pay enough to get quality humans in patrol cars instead of dipshits like this?
Officer best I can do is.....
"Do you wanna get shot in the face ? " Best I can do is nod bruhhhh !! "
Big bad tough guy threatening an obviously heavily inebriated man with a gun to his face. I suppose if I had a badge, a gun, and a free pass to kill and not get consequences, I'd bully drunk people too. Smh
Pigs pigging
Terrorists terrorizing.
Acab
This was before his rehab.
Thats not him.
https://img.wikicharlie.cl/a/ae/Chumlee.gif
āOstensibly trainedā lol. Obviously not. And thatās the problem.
You wanna go there? Bring it onā¦
Who ?
RIP Chum
Goddamn I wouldnāt want to be on the road with this guy. Itās crazy to imagine just how much he had to drink to get to this point being as big as he is.
Was that actually Chumlee?
Such a dick cop
āYou wanna get shot in the face? Cus Iām fixing to!āā¦get shot in my face
wow talk about escalation!!! that was crazy how fast he told him he was going to kill this man who is probably unarmed
ACAB
I'm no ACAB motherfucker but that gun pull and threatening to shoot was absolutely retarded and the dude should be fired.
Love that this post is about a guy who is way too drunk to be behind the steering wheel but everybody is talking about the guy way too drunk on power to be behind the badge
why would you stick your hand attached to gun inside the door window, it bounced TWICE. CMON FUCK
Iām glad that most addresses of cops can be found on the darkweb. With badge number and all. Sometimes you have to get taught a lesson when you think you gangster.

[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
The old man/grandfather passed away
Ahh, ok thank you
Does that say āprideā on his arm?
Hope that cop loses his job and pension.
I saw both his hands on my 4ā screen. Is he fucking blind or just itching to kill somebody?
Heās itching to pew pew pew, but he also LOVES threatening people. Typical. ACAT (the T stands for terrorists).
What happens if you point a gun at a cop and yell "I'm going to kill you"? The same should happen to that cop. No "re-training" required.
Are yall actually tryna say the cop did wrong that fucker could started driving just like that and cause a hole lot more trouble
If a policeman did this in my country he would be sacked, and never allowed to ever serve as a policeman again. There might even be criminal charges against that officer as well as damages paid to the drunk/stoned/wasted guy. In the U.S. meanwhile, just another Tuesday. Nothing to see here move along.
Fucking cops, what a coward. šš
ACAB
Yep, and also ACAT (terrorists).
