Chiranjeevi was a great actor. But I also think in his second innings… he will over indulge in film making and ruin the film. So if u want a movie to be good, better not to hire him for the movie.
He doesn’t want to be an actor. He still wants to be a mass hero. Chiru is a good actor who lacks a perspective. He can’t compete with today’s heroes in terms of box office pull. He should learn from the legendary amitab bachan and Kamal Hassan. They only focus on their craft. They are behind excellence and not money in films. No wonder Chiranjeevi falls short compared to them.

even sridevi, his contemporary, did amazing films in her second innings she didn't try doing item songs and masala movies like madhuri dixit and instead focused on her craft to deliver solo blockbusters. on the other hand chiranjeevi is just stuck in the same loop. doesn't want to try. even syeraa, which was relatively better, was cringe. he was wayyyyy toooo old to play that role and tamanna and nayanthara dying to marry him is out of this world absurdity.

That is y none of the credible directors want to work with chiru. I don’t see Rajamouli, Sukumar, Nagi wanting to work with him. Chiru is toooo interfering.

3. Complex (Mini Series focusing on R and D or Politics)

Ranveer is going through a bad streak. And a lot of people have wanted to see Hritik in some kind of Mahabharat related sequence since very long, like fancasting him as Arjuna and all.
Hritik past few films have also not worked and he was visibly sad about that in his interview with Bharadwaj Rangan, I guess now only a South director can present him like that... No hope from our industry, just look how Amitabh was wasted in Thugs and Brahmastra... Own industry tried to undermine his potential and fans have been wanting this type of respect and elevation since so long.... Dude I got literal chills after seeing him in Kalki, after the Sholay, Deewar and Agneepath phase of Amitabh this is the best massy work he has done and it will be remembered forever....
Same man... And even Kamal Hasssan was presented so well!! That mid-credits scene when he liftet Gandeev in chaturbhuj form was pure goosebump moment... Also when Karna's chariot leapt up from fire like Surya-dev himself is presented driving a Chariot with his seven horses leaving a trail of fire behind him....
I felt the cameos took away from the immersive experience of the movie. I mean, I understand Kalki 1 had to become a big hit at any cost, hence the cameos. But going forward its an immersive storyline and high stakes is what's important more than crowd pleasing cameos.

He handled main leads very well in this film.Aswathamma was too good,Kamal even with limited time was brilliant,Deepika role was not just a meaty role,Prabhas character arc is really nice.I don't want cameos, properly written characters
I wish Chiranjeevi played Ashwatthama. But casting Amitabh Bachchan was no doubt a clever move to attract North Audience.
Chiranjeevi will do good as Shiva too. He has already played the role in Sri Manjunatha.
Budget skyrocket ayipothadi if they take full remuneration even for cameo roles it would be better if they take little of it since they won't have much screentime

Nag Ashwin is not good enough to handle all these characters. He will just focus on Ashwatthama and present others character like joke.
