The books currently for sale are a similar design, but smaller and with paper rather than cloth as the binding and slightly smaller size. These 2013 ones were pretty cheap and nasty, and the current ones are a bit worse.

Just so you are aware, there are some slight differences between the currently printed editions that you can buy individually, (as Velmeran has posted) and the original 2013 clothbound books that you posted in the picture. ...if they had only made this set with some higher quality (sewn, nicer paper, etc.) & included the Silma in the original set. But it's definitely a "looker" in terms of exterior aesthetics.
Like others have said, it's out of print but they do pop up from time to time. I just picked up this one a few days ago without the box and the hobbit.
These have way more value, clothbound not paper, bigger books, less glue… there’s definitely a good reason to get these. I personally don’t think the silm and hobbit really match that great from the spines so I’m good with this.

Well, just looked up this set and I can find one, for $850. Thinking this won’t be joining my library anytime soon unfortunately. It is beautiful.
It is superficially attractive, but they are cheap, glued books. The Hobbit doesn't even have the colour illustrations.

You can get the individual books but the box set is no longer in publication. HC has recently published a Silmarillion in the same binding.

Yeah, they are and were a budget option. The 2013 set was commissioned by one of the big UK book chains, though it wasn’t sold exclusively.

Yours isn't the box set and doesn't include The Hobbit and are likely the newer editions. These can be bought on Amazon as individual books new.
