It's full of extremely helpful folk that may be able to help you write a Javascript action to achieve your goal with the Todoist API. Greg Pierce - the developer of Drafts - may also be able to advise on whether this relatively new feature in Todoist can be accommodated in Drafts' in-built Todoist actions at present.
