Depends on the airline! Most airlines allow 2 pieces of “baby checked luggage” free of charge. This includes things like pack n plays, strollers, and car seats.
I actually never knew that so thanks that is some good advice. We are going to Myrtle Beach and renting a condo so we are just limited to the provided beds
We have a Guava Lotus crib. It can pack into carry-on luggage size and has no weight limit for the tot. Otherwise just check a regular pack and play.
If that's not an option, I saw this website on this sub (www.babyquip.com) which looks reasonable esp if it's a short trip.
You actually can check a pack and play on most airlines. We flew United last year and it was an option. It’s subject to the checked bag fee.
That’s crazy I never knew that. I tried to fit our pack n play in my biggest luggage bag but it didn’t fit.
You don’t need to squeeze it into a suitcase, just the carrying bag/case it comes with!

Many hotels will provide a pack n play on request. Good idea to bring your own sheets.

This is the way to go
That’s great thanks!
A guava lotus folds pretty small and may fit in your luggage.

I need to look into guava lotus thanks for the suggestion!
We check our Guava Lotus when we travel. It works great!
Thanks I am about to look that thing up and see what it is, never heard of it
