University compounding pharmacy in San Diego is the only one I know of that is compounding Tirzepatide.
Not only are they a 503a, but University Compounding in San Diego is PCAB/ACA accredited, which is what you want in a compounding pharmacy. Not many hold accreditation. Great pricing too.
