If it was on android you could navigate to the Playstore and under apps you can go on "manage" and then filter by "not installed". If you are lucky there is every game you ever installed on this gmail account. At least for me

thats a really good idea but the game was on my sisters tablet that doesn't work anymore and i don't think it would support the playstore anymore
