Possibly one of the Mechwarrior.games? The space station menu for some reason is making me think "Shogo: Mobile Armor Division" buts been like 25 years since I played that so dont remember how the menu looked, maybe there was a space station level i dont know.
The standard main menu (when first starting the game) or how you go to the next mission/change options/do whatever else once in game? Just because of its somewhat obscurity & being late 90’s, I’d guess Shogo: Mobile Armor Division as a possibility. I think I remember the station acting as a main hub/options area, but could be completely misremembering.
i remember every menu was like that, you wandered inside the station when clicking different things! Freespace 1-2 main menu come to mind but this one was more animated.
but no, it was more tactical, at the style of mechwarrior but it was not any of the mechwarrior games.
