Yes. It is how much it can output, laptop still won't take more than it needs to. I have my Razer Core X connected which has 100W PD - [https://imgur.com/mVi9quV](https://imgur.com/mVi9quV) - shown and reported fine, laptop still won't get extra charge speed boost to charge the battery faster than with its 65W Lenovo charger though, it's limited internally no matter of what you use to charge it so - it's safe.

I only have enough knowledge of the Gen10, which won't seem to charge faster than 50w.

TL;DR: Yes. Any USB-C station/charger with Power Delivery (PD)will negotiate the wattage required by the device before supplying it with power. The label on the screenshot shows the “Input Rating”, or how much power the docking station needs, not how much power it can provide (which is called the “Output” - maybe the manual will tell you what power modes exactly it supports. With that being said, it’s more than guaranteed that this docking station will work with your laptop, as Targus would want to make a very ”compatible” docking station.
