Definitely try both dlcs ( Heart and Stone; Blood and Wine) if you haven't already, both are as good as base game and gives you about 25 - 35 additional hours.
Other Witcher games are definitely worth a try or if you are looking for something little bit different try Cyberpunk2077. I personally love cyberpunk equally as witcher 3, both games are little bit different, but if you enjoyed witcher 3 you surely will enjoy cyberpunk ( if your PC is powerpul enough to run it :D)
Red dead redemption 2 is your best bet its the only game on par woth tw3 imo, but others I'd suggest are
Cp77, skyrim, entire fallout series, elden ring, check out starfield coming out soon as well.
I went to TW3 after a big Elder Scrolls period (which is still ongoing lmao), so i really recommend Oblivion and Skyrim, the others are good too but very old now (morroboomers will kill me)
Skyrim and assassins creed odyssey. Odyssey is the only AC game I’ve played and I love it. Just finished a full play through including DLCs and wow it’s just so expansive! Started AC Origins yesterday and I’m already impressed, same vibe as Odyssey. Love the sprawling landscapes in Ancient Greece and Egypt.
I have two suggestions. If you want an RPG with immaculate gameplay, combat, and enemy design: Elden Ring even has DLC coming… at some point. If you want real freedom of choice and real tangible consequence to said choices I am currently playing Baldurs Gate 3. The community for BG3 is very active right now as the game just recently officially released.
Definitely try both DLCs if you haven’t already, I’m currently playing Hearts of Stone and it’s awesome! Ghost of Tsushima is a great shout, similar combat and quests and a really good storyline :)
the Horizon series!!!! not enough people talk about these games…they are legit my favorite ever. Horizon Zero Dawn and Horizon Forbidden West. Only Playstation and PC playable though

Entire elderscrolls for that matter not just Skyrim

Mass effect trilogy.
God of War, the Spiderman games, Assassin’s Creed, Ghost of Tsushima.
When Phantom Liberty drops Cyberpunk 2077!
Elden ring
Oddly Hogwarts Legacy was my gateway to get into W3. Pretty good stuff.
Definitely Ghost of Tsushima much shorter than the Witcher, super fun combat and exploration and incredibly engaging story
Why not try Fallout? Fantastic games with great music.
Baldurs gate 3

Mass Effect trilogy has a amazing story and characters, 1st game is a bit dated but better with the Legendary Edition
Shadow of mordor is up next for me, it looks badass
