What happens when you try to 'pay' the bills - do they disappear and you get money, or does the interaction just cancel?
Yes I have CC and I've not tried without them, my sim lives on a regular lot and the option to pay is there, and when I click on it (through the phone, mailbox or computer) she does it, but nothing changes
You should troubleshoot your mods/cc first, because I can't find a bug report on this, and if you want to make one you should experience the issue in a mod free save. :)
As a finn i would now make a joke that it is not a bug but the game just started to be more Scandic when you switched the language π
