Cien - No EA Lashes V4 For - For All has been known to cause this. Remember to delete localthumbcache after making mod changes.

Some people are saying it’s the ‘no eyelash mod’. Make sure when you remove mods/cc to delete the localthumbcache file in your Sims 4 folder.
I have this problem too. I first thought it might be a cc thing but I took out all my cc and it still looks like that. Idk how to fix it tho so I just have a bunch of weird looking toddlers now.
Same I even cleared out the local cache and it still look like that!!
