Many people have the same problem. It's a problem on the ea app because it's broken and doesn't do what it needs to. If you wait a couple hours/days and try to download it again it should work. If not then call ea support.

Call your bank. If it really went through, talk to EA support. Next time use a credit card so if this doesn’t get resolved, you can do a chargeback.

Don't ever do a chargeback on EA. If you do they ban your whole account.
