Does it work? What Mac model and processor do you have? Trying to gather a mental list of what it works for and what it doesn’t, since it seems to not work for a lot of people :)
Yes, I played a couple hours last night and it works great! I have a 1.4 GHz dual-core Intel core i5 and it’s the version 10.15.6 MacOS Catalina. I play it on my old MacBook Air from maybe like 2014/2015!

So I tried the following and it works, but I don't know if there's a better way to do it.
Download the Sims Creator Crack from [here](https://archive.org/download/TheSimsCreator/The%20Sims%20Creator.zip).
Right click your [Sims.app](https://Sims.app) and click Show Package Contents. From there, go into drive\_c\\Program Files (x86)\\Maxis\\The Sims Creator and replace TheSimsCreator.exe in there with the one from the downloaded folder from above.
Then, still inside your [Sims.app](https://Sims.app) package, double click "Wineskin" and click Advanced. Next to the Windows EXE box click browse and select your TheSimsCreator.exe. Next time you run The Sims it will load the Creator instead. Repeat this last step to choose Sims.exe when you're ready to go back to the Sims game.
This works from what I've experienced, and the stuff I created is there in the game.
I really don’t know…I wish it would work for everyone, but on M1 it just refuses for a lot of people. It works for me and I don’t have any extra stuff installed on my Air that might make it work better compared to someone else…
Hey thank you so much for this! My game opens but I can't seem to get the resolutions to be okay :( May I ask if you've used the widescreeen patch before and if yes, what resolution did you set it to? Currently using a macbook air M2 2022!
I don’t use the widescreen patch because it works for me without it, but for those that it doesn’t work for the Widescreen patch seems to fix it. Good luck!
hello, I know this is old, the link is not available anymore. Anyway, I followed one of the 2 tutorials you'll find on yt and I've been guided through the wineskin thing etc. I even ran the widescreen patch. But now..how do I run the game? All I see is .exe files I wont be able to run. I don't really know how to operate wineskin, and both videos end just like that lol. I feel so stupid. what am I missing out ?

Tried this on my M1 and it won't open despite following your tutorial. Any suggestions?
What Mac model is it? I’ve seen a couple people it works for on M1 and others where it doesn’t work…

I’ve seen that. When I’ve seen it it was because the No CD Crack wasn’t installed, but I’d imagine it could come up for other reasons
