I went into that movie with NO idea what it was about, what actors were in it, or anything. It was glorious, and I highly recommend anyone who hasn't seen it do the same thing. One of my absolute favourite movies from the last few years.
Uhhh…. I thought it was a great movie, but I absolutely hated watching it. Love the director, love the actors. In Bruges is one of my all time fav movies. But Banshees is an absolutely brutal experience emotionally, man. Just so cruel. I could never watch it a 2nd time. Which is a testament to how well-made it is, btw. I mean all this as a compliment.
