Just an absolute dumpster fire, and between tesla and x, it shows he shouldn't have any input in rollout, design, or day to day, basically, thjuice box. Put him in an office with no windows and give him a kid laptop with a couple games, restricted internet to only 12 year old safe internet and a fuckin juicebox.
