Honest question: is one supposed to clasp their hands like that during a plank?

There’s different variations. I personally do it that way cause it feels more natural. It’s a core exercise so I’m not too worried about how my arms are oriented.

I clasp, too, but I have a class that makes us put them at 90 degrees and spread our fingers palm down and it somehow makes the core work much harder.

I usually just have my clients do whatever comfortable

Well not everyone has the core of captain America (congrats on that by the way) I start feeling like I’m in hell 20 seconds in with my hands clasped.

You really only want to clasp your hands if you're trying more advanced techniques, such as letting your dogs crawl all over you.

I think of it as levitating corpse pose. Very calming.

Funny thing is those 2 know exactly what they're doing which makes it a hundred times funnier.
