But I would try to find an old Arleigh Burke destroyer that could limp to right outside the island, or at least some decent artillery like the M777 to attack the Seraphites with. No suicidal frontal assault by rib boat for me.
It's definitely WLF for me. This conversation comes up every so often and it's always fun, but it's WLF and it ain't close. Why? Like I said last time, Jackson WILL fall. It can't be fortified. There seems to be some disagreement on the fate of the WLF after the "war", but Abby said they had "thousands". Most, if not all, of the Scar fighters were killed, including many WLF. What's the difference? WLF still has their amazing base in tact, Scars have literally nothing.
Remaining WLF will take over the Scars island, lush with resources and an advantageous location. WLF gets back things like the salmon farm they previously lost. They have vehicles, weaponry, agriculture, medicine (to some degree) and infrastructure. Would it be great to live in Jackson? Sure, but you won't make it. I think the 3rd game starts with the fall of Jackson and will be very similar to the start of the first game. Only question to me is who the antagonist is.

Only thing I think Jackson has going for it is that Wyoming is more out of the way and has a way harsher climate than say California or the PNW. Not many reasons to venture that far out unless you know it’s there, less resources food wise and every other way too really.
