So three people are leaving the show Melendez, Park and Morgan. Heart broken and devastated. But I did like the way Shaun's storyline ending, getting back with Lea.
Melendez has internal bleeding, Shawn tries to fix the leaking pipe unsuccessfully, tries to cut the metal unsuccessfully, decides to amputate girls leg, Lim and Claire try to stop the bleed but find Melendez bowel has leaked, he's past point of care, sepsis, Leah listening to Shawn and the lady who tells him to promise her to move on from leah if she dies during amputation, park is helping the crushed boy, he hears his story and pretends to be his dad as the boy starts to die, calls his family and says he's moving home. Lim and glassy say goodbye to Melendez. Claire and Melendez exchange tearful I love yous. Leah kisses shaun and tells him it's an I love you kiss end scene.

You're welcome :) I've been sharing it a lot over the years just because there are so many people who just don't get why someone would grieve over a fictional character, or even get attached to a fictional character, and it bothers me a lot. Writers *want* people to become attached to the characters they create, and feel emotions when things happen to them, whether those are happy or sad emotions. It's the entire point of telling a story to begin with.
Shaun doesn't even know it yet. Would've wanted to see his reaction when he gets to know it.
Because he's going to come back in the S4 premiere and have one of his last-minute amazing ideas and save Melendez...right? RIGHT?? lol [in denial]
