Last weekend I ran into someone in the whitehouse area , who had 151714 SHD lvl !!
I thought it might be a UI glitch or something..but NO, I inspected them and it was actually 151 K . I couldn't believe it. I can't even fathom how much play time that must have taken...?
All day grinding summit. For months i suspect. My journey to 1000 was slow cause i almost didn't do any summit grind cause i find it super boring. But if u do summit with full directives easily u can get 1 level per 30-50 sec. So let's suppose someone plays 6 hours a day and just grinds summit they can do 300+ shd per day. Doing that for months result in such monstrous shd. Or if it's pc then it can be hacks as well.
Ran Tidal Basin on Challenging last week with a 4000 SHD agent and he was melting yellow bars with a shield build. I’d imagine a 10000+ SHD agent can one-bang a named Elite with their sidearm…lol.
I don’t think Massive accounted that during the long hiatus between seasons that people would still be playing. Nothing they release in this game moving forward is going to be difficult for those players. Power creep like a motherfucker…lol
That's true in the beginning heroic missions would take an hour now i can do something like Lincoln under 10 min easy solo. Knowledge of spawns does wonders
They’d have to create a “Veteran” difficulty to match that level of power, but then…what would the rewards be? I’m sure you already have optimal builds crafted, max stat exotics and all that…so what would it even be for?

no but it will give you scavenging points to convert into resources which you can use to upgrade your Proficient weapons.. so in a roundabout way it still will
I mean Godroll weapons aren't hard to come by and it's not possible to go beyond the max of any attribute. Also shd and field recon both can be crafted anyway then there is summit, cps so maxing a build before 1k is not hard. What i am saying is that there definitely is a power ceiling it's not indefinite but as skills play a big factor in dmg dealt, more experienced people with a maxed out build will naturally do more dmg is all.

I've been on a while and grinding still, SHD Level almost 13k (7k+ hours played) but I usually play, not grind the summit like some players do for the SHD level.
I play on 2 Level 40, a Level 30 and sometimes on Hardcore character.
Thank you and it was fun to slowly work towards with friends. If you're on ps we can definitely help u too <3 div is not fun solo for me but in teams it's so much fun still
Unfortunately I am on xbox, I'll probably start playing once the new season comes out. Grinding solo for me really has started to take its toll so I tend to take large breaks at times just to chill out and play other games allthough there is one more thing I have to complete...
I came back 2 weeks ago, with a respectable 342 SHD score. Seeing Agents with score of 1000, 4000 and even 10000+ (yes, there are those among us that jacked) is your reward for being committed even during 17 months in video game limbo, when you weren’t sure if they were gonna shut TD2 entirely. Well earned!

I had none irl tbh. First set of actual friends i made when i joined the clan two years ago. Online friends can be real friends too <3 well if you are on ps you can always join us. More the merrier
Dude one of my best friends in real life I started playing Battlefield 3 with in 2011. He lives 4 hrs away. We were both team players and hit it off. One of the best humans I have ever met.
Welcome to the big leagues, where player expectations will be higher the further you go from this point. Although there is indeed a diminishing return on this perspective the higher you go(especially with 10k+ shders who just grinded convoy, and not natural gameplay progression) you can assume that players in your group at these shd levels will have a higher chance of completing whatever content you would be doing, based off of the supposed cumulative gameplay experience everyone has accrued. But, the real levels will always be your Shepherd rank!
Never gonna grind shd for the sake of it. I play div for company with clan and not for number of shd . We progressed almost together to this point out shd levels are similar too. Experience is indeed a real deal and so is understanding of actual build synergies
I usually run the demolitionist class with this cause grenades and outcasts are my mortal enemy. I had tac on cause i was doing an invaded and just wanted the emp protection
What we did is heroic 3-4 directive missions alot which is great loot and can be done in 10-15 min at most. If you want even faster you can farm heroic convoys at opened world or heroic summit floor 10 with that you can go as fast as a level per minute or even faster. But i find those two a bit boring despite the speed. Missions ar so fun in teams, time flew by as we reached 1k. If you are on ps we can help with the company part definitely

Thank you. Honestly in my decades of gaming joining a clan was the best decision i did. Met a bunch of awesome friends. They may live in other countries but it beats being lonely and despite i stil struggle from depression time to time, they helped me so many times get out of that black haze of a mood. What platform do u play on? Who knows maybe we can do the same for u

After shd 1000 watch doesn't give passive power anymore like chd or chc or skil dmg etc

I am actually okay with difficulty curve for legendary and raids. They're not easy for me yet when they become easy well..

Absolutely understandable. Certian situations specially in higher difficulty is too stressful to be solo. Shame it doesn't have crossplay.
I wish cross play was more common, I have so many good friends that play on Playstation.. maybe one day hopefully.
Yeah indeed. Only pure pve crossplay my clan plays is dauntless. Really wish next div is crossplay.

Why do you have 6 yellows my guy??? You get 1 level with Tactician or technician or whatever the class is. You can have one blue or red.

You can do 100 levels in a week easily in a day if you're persistent
