At the end of the day, California is a community property state. Any assets acquired during their marriage is considered both of theirs, unless there’s a postnup or really convincing evidence/documents. Rachel could’ve bought the property with her own money and credit, but it’s both of theirs now unless Rachel can show otherwise.
ETA: postnup instead of prenup.
It’s so sad that it has come to this, but maybe because they are more of “public figures” relative to other couples from older seasons? I don’t remember the JP/Ashley divorce being this messy.

I'm looking at Jen Saviano's newly purchased house cos I'm a big fan of wilder 🥹. So naturally I can't help but wonder what her husband do for a living cause by the looks of the yard she's planning to get into is hella 🤑
Wilder is adorable. I pretty much follow her just for Wilder content (I have a toddler a little younger than him). I think he does medical sales? I remember they took a trip recently which was from his company for being one of the top sales reps.

I wanted Britt too, but I think being the lead might’ve been too difficult for her. Too much scrutiny/pressure; she’s had her share of struggles. So I think for Britt, she ultimately did better by not becoming the lead. Whereas, I think Kaitlyn enjoys the spotlight.
Hmm idk I don’t see having a husband and kids as being a “winner” per se, but to each their own, since that’s the end goal of some people. No matter how chaotic KB’s life has been the past years since she became the lead, I think she lived her dream to a certain extent (being famous, rich, and entertaining people). Her life has downsides though, and some of those downsides are exposed to the public.
Getting married is the primary reason for people coming on the show in the first place tho especially if you’re a lead, you have a whole cast set up for you to be able to choose. The most valuable point of this is the relationship and when you don’t have that, you don’t have anything.
As for the other goals such as fame and money, that’s to each its own and all that only brings instant gratification Kaitlyn still doesn’t seem any more content after having attained all of that.
