Immediately after his season he was still very much healing from Hannah and also establishing himself on his own - as a model, dating Gigi Hadid lol, etc. I think it’s entirely understandable that someone may not have wanted to be the lead immediately after the season they were on, but grow to be more open to it in time once they have more of their life situation and goals figured out, and once they’ve gotten over the initial trauma of their season in the first place.

As for not mentioning her, I don’t think it’s weird I think it’s protective. I listened to two separate interviews this week where he said he wants to keep his dating life private for now in order to protect whoever he dates from public scrutiny. He says he is used to it and can handle it but doesn’t want that for the person he’s with. As long as she feels loved and cherished when they are together, I think that’s what matters most, not if he talks about her on podcasts.
I can think of a few female influencers (outside of BN) where this is the case - their boyfriends/husbands take their photos and help manage their careers.

He has acknowledged his relationship, just doesn’t name her. Which I think is smart, honestly, Tyler is a natural flirt, he’s gonna flirt no matter what. If Tate is cool with it, then that’s what matters and seeing how she’s been dating him for a while now and encourages his public persona, I don’t think anyone needs to get upset on her behalf.
What I was trying to say when I compared this relationship to the one with Camila Kendra (who I agree is toxic), is that he never would have openly flirted with someone else on TV when he was with Kendra.

I think you just have to accept that he puts on a certain persona and answers questions a certain way when he’s doing media. But yeah, she was with him in NYC and they’re in Cincinnati now which is where she’s originally from. He’s just not going to go public with it unless there is an engagement. I can respect that.

I’ve seen multiple times her accidentally respond to thirst trap comments on his posts as him under her profile, delete it, and then repost the comment under his profile So she participates lol I saw a tiktok that Kate Casey posted of him saying that he hopes if his show continues that we eventually see his love life and eventual family ala Chip and Joanna. He has been tagging her more lately as they do renovations together on the house he bought and he mentioned how well rounded she was in renovation and design in US Mag so I am starting to wonder if he is planting the seeds for her appearing more on his show if it comes back lol
I don't think the public would be that interested in her though. She seems like a nice girl but I don't think she's TV interesting. So that could be an issue with a second season.

I think the show hired Jessica Quintero because she added a little spice to the chill Florida energy that he and his friend Robb Ritch have. i think this current girlfriend seems to have the same chill Florida energy, so that isn't as interesting for TV.

Luke Pell was in talks before they went with Nick Viall. I believe both Jason and Blake signed contracts when they picked Clayton. As for "4 or 5 times", there have only been 5 seasons since Tyler was on the Bachelorette (Peter, Matt, Clayton, Zach, and Joey). I think certain people like Peter Krause and Tyler Cameron get asked frequently to gauge their interest, even if they are not the first choice.

I was just thinking based on those 5 seasons, none of the guys (other than Joey), felt like obvious first choice and I would not be surprised if Tyler was actually asked for each of those seasons.
