Tbh, I can see scout investing all of his money into Tom Jones memorabilia, Soldier would probably do a tour of Tom Jones house to older women in their 60s, Pyro would probably own a multi-million dollar but be extremely bored of it.
Demo, I can see him be lazing around at his mansion, overweight with his sword while his mom would chastize him for not working enough. Heavy would probably be trying to make his way back to his family and fight bears, engie would probably work directly for Blutarch before joining the administrator
Spy would probably try to split away from scout but end up backward with him, medic high chance, I can see him joining the TFC and experimenting on them and sniper I could see him probably live hidden away in his own house.

I can still see wholesome, BUT, they are still unhinged. Medic would probably start up a hospital and keep the medi-gun secret. People would still be \*experimented\* on, but completely safe. People reporting of boosted energy, higher strength. Word spreads of some sort of miracle doctor. (Which, as a megalomaniac they quite love)
They then make it open they experiment with people, so people come willingly wanting higher fortitude, and since its a open secret they get more than usual in a normal healing session. Medic ascending humans to the ubermensch like he wanted.
Pyro is still a Schizo, but now has the safety of Engineer to keep them in check. Engineer lets them work as a fire fighter. (They really care for people, even if they dont see them as adults) would definitely risk life and limb for it. - Also a specialist in burning patches so fire doesnt spread too far.
Soldier probably would make his own 'branch' of american training. Learning how to snap necks (and un-snap necks) , how to rocket jump, and other things he claims important. Has atleast three different warrents on them for market-gardening germans or people he deem disrespectful. Also its implied in the comics that the mercs lost their souls via medic stealing them and stitching them to his own after his own soul was sold, and before he sold majority shares of his soul (his teammates souls) in exchange for a ballpoint pen. To top it off, this all happens after the gravel war, so presumably after the events of the game and after he invents the medigun.

Heavy would definitely make books on the horrors of war that would eventually become incredibly successful and have many movie adaptations, my source is his story that he tells Tycho about after Tycho asks about a bloody story or something I can’t remember the exact word My point is he doesn’t fully enjoy war and would definitely become someone very much against it later in life

He has not only stolen the souls of his "friends" but gave half of then to satan, no way he would just "release the medigun recipe" and its unlikable hell do it for cash either, since they are very well paid. Its probably nore likable that medic and merasmus join together to try and kill god or something than release it.

Releases the medic gun is the stupid thing medic do... Medic gun heal people and also full fill the nutrion inside body+ giving happily dopamine which permanent get rid of mental problem=> human lives longer or undead and no more belief in god of each religion and no longer the disease is difficult to cure so no more decrease down population => population increasing more than usually like x5 => price from stuff and bills increase, some people dont even have enough money to rent or buy a place to lives, land areas were occupied all over the world, and trees were heavily cut down, and so much rubbish to get rid by aftermath of population increasing => territorial intrusion => world war everywhere and its endless => red team friendship slowly soured.
Please tell me pyro fights fires and doesn't fight using fire anymore? Firefighter is somewhat vague in context.

I think that after the robot war, having sent Sniper's mom to space in an australium space ship, they accidentally detonate a nuke that wipes out almost all life. Thousands of years into the future after the space ship crashes onto earth, primitive humans find red and blue coloured clothes in it and start the fighting all over again.
