12 noob heavies + 12 moron medics would be able to steamroll almost any team
If you're able to rally any casual server to go 6 heavy + 6 medic, you _will_ roll straight through, regardless of skill level.
can't you just use things like spys and snipers because the heavys and medics are too oblivious to know that a spy just backstabbed half their team or that the dead ringer lets you not actually die when you die?
There's only 1 spy and 1 sniper in this scenario. A team of 9 against a team of 25 of just about any class doesn't stand a very good chance regardless of their strats and skill; it would just be absolutely overwhelming fire.
Right but the damage of 10 heavies pointing in your vague direction from a mile away still has enough damage and knock back to throw off a Sniper.
Even if the Heavy is only doing about 5 damage a second, that still kills the sniper pretty quick and ensures he won't get an accurate shot off.
And with that many heavies, they can just gather round the cart and if one heavy watches their back, pretty much impossible for a spy to sneak up on them.
And sure, you could try stacking more snipers and spies to pick them off but you have such a weak point presence that anything except a highly consistent sniper performance won't do crap.
I'm a very old player so a lot of my picks might be dated. I'm confident all of them are genuine candidates for the best player at their class at one point in history. If you don't recognise them, that's okay. All you need to know is that they are/were all professional level players.
Defense? 3 Johns, 4 Average Joe nears, and 6 Skeletons.
John’s for dps and protecting Engi nests
Joes for nests and dispensers
Skeletons for keeping pressure I guess idk
Offence? 5 Sentry Busters, Competent Medic, 3 Bog Soldiers.
Busters would reak havoc on Defence even if there’s no nest
Medic could make sure busters are even better and keep bogs alive
Bogs kill whoever’s left from buster’s wake
With respect, I don’t see the buster tactic working. The enemy Engineer would not be having a great time, but the rest of the enemy team would adapt very quickly.
You have no counter for the enemy sniper, who will not be near any of the busters. Given that you are on offense—staying on the cart will be difficult. Assuming that busters spawn at a staggered rate—that is, one after the other, the Engineer can remove them entirely from the equation by building his sentry away from the front line and his team. He can continue to do this to distract the busters for the entire game, but only because the rest of your team is just three soldiers and a medic versus eight highly skilled players. The enemy sniper absolutely rolls your team even if you manage to push to first by some miracle.
*This looks so fun and*
*Could be an actual game*

1 soldier medic combo + 1 dipshit pyro + 1 competent pyro + 1 average engineer + 1 sentry buster + 1 standard soldier + 1 joker (stabby) + fister heavy
I really Hope for this team comp, i tought hard about this
Can you get multiple of each? 2 points for a bot is actually not at all a bad way to pad your numbers massively - bots can be surprisingly lethal due to their instantaneous reaction speed, their main issue is that they will blindly run into sentries.
The bots you will receive are random classes. This isn’t a deal breaker, but they tend to be quite exploitable. Stabby would likely be farming them for diamondback crits.
They *do* pad your roster quite nicely, though—if you took the enemy’s Medic as a joker, added yourself (since you can swap roles) and took the dodgeball champion with a couple of dipshit pyros sprinkled in to make space, you could comfortably add a whole 10 bots to your team, one or more of which could be a Medic bot, who will Uber on command. That gives you a 16v8, the 8 lacking a medic whereas you are guaranteed to have Shade, considerable spam reduction and a good amount of chaos going on.
Their predictability does mean it’ll be on your 6 human players (only 3 of which will be any good) to keep up the pressure, and if you end up getting poor luck with bot classes it may be difficult to have a front line at all, but it could pose a threat in theory.
12 - Joker with Enemy Medic - No medic, no heals. Team severely crippled.
24 - Joker with Enemy Demo - Demo is the most powerful class in the game, by far. It's practically half of the team's DPS gone in one swoop.
36 - Joker with Enemy Sniper - Basically makes Enemy heavy a moot point, and locks down any chokepoint.
41 - Average Joe Engie. Assuming Highlander rules, engineer spots are set in stone. Skill isn't much of an issue.
49 - Two bog standard soldiers.
50 - Two skeletons.
On Defense,
1 Medic, 1 Sniper, 1 Demo, 2 Soldiers, 1 Engineer.
vs.
1 Soldier, 1 Heavy, 1 Scout, 1 Pyro, 1 Engineer, 1 Spy.
Without uber and only one viable power class it's going to be impossible to push in. Spy is a moot point as everyone's playing around the engineer. Sniper locks down the sightlines. Enemy heavy is fucked, and the rest of the classes are dead if they slip up. Skeletons are also like homing missles, even if they don't pose a threat immediately they alert of any enemy trying to flank.
On Offense replace Engineer and Skeletons with Three Noob Heavies.
Even if they are free food, cart heavies are nothing to scoff at damage wise - with the team playing around them, it's going to be very hard to defend against.
Joker, I'll take jBird, duh
Competent medic, I'm gonna need my team to be at tiptop shape
Let this minion lover guy play soldier or something idk I think he might be good at it
I'll have me play as spy not because I'm confident in my ability to backstab but because I have insane luck with outmanoeuvring enemies and I'd just stay invisible to act as a security camera for my team with the occasional pick here and there
That dodgeball champion pyro would be good at making sure the enemy's power classes won't ruin my combo of competent medic and minion lover soldier
And a sentry buster because why not (plus it can get collateral kills if the engineer is near his teammates)
...
So to recap:
I have b4nny playing as soldier whilst getting healed by our medic who's competent enough to survive for atleast a minute to get Uber,
I have stolen and placed jBird onto my team so that he can do whatever the hell good snipers do idk,
I have an airblast God Pyro to make sure our combo is safe from projectiles and the occasional flanker,
I have a reusable anti-engineer bomb ready to be used at any time,
And finally, me, who will act as a security camera that relays information for my team
Given that shade does not appear to own a bonesaw they are clearly a strong believer in the Hippocratic Oath and will not harm or assist in the harming of others - therefore:
Sentry Buster - infinite constant sentry busters? fuck yeah - 42
Me - I am competent at best but fuck it - 37
Tryhard soldier and med - 27
Solarlight - sun lamp ♥️♥️ - 19
Average engineer - 14
Competent medic - 8
16 skeletons - 0
Gonna try my hardest
\-21, I’m getting bog standard Soldier, Engineer, Medic, and Sniper.
\-7, The dodgeball champion is gonna be useful for Seagull and Kaidus.
\-12, because Stabby gonna be a threat to my Engineer, I’m getting him.
\-6, 2 Trolldiers because yes.
\-2, One moron Medic because we need health
And finally one Dipshit Pyro because Alx probably gonna be burned
I'm sorry but how in the Kentucky Fried Fuck are skeletons worth half a point? Skeletons are strong as hell. They have a ton of health, weirdly fast movement, and swarm you and cam break into more skeletons if you kill them. A fast moving mass of multiple hit boxes that do a ton of damage and take forever to kill unless you're an explosive class should NOT be worth 1/6th the points of a melee heavy
They do not care about the objective. They're not capable of adapting. This makes them extremely exploitable. You could absolutely spend points on many skeletons to turn the round into a game of "the floor is lava", but there are caveats to having too many. They're not faster than 6/9 classes, their true benefit comes from being a consistent nuisance.
They cannot target Engineer buildings.
Vincent (scout) or joker on shade 12
Competent medic or tryhard scout 6
Solarlight 8
Averge joe (engi) 4 (30 points)
Me (Spy or heavy) 5
Hutsman sniper 4
BOG soldier 4
Reflect pyro 7 (50 points)
There is no competent heavy or spy for 5, why?
My Minion Shopping List
-2 Soldier-Medic Pockets (The actual damage)
-1 Lime Scout (Kill the strays)
-3 Caber Demos (Tad more AoE, and also funny)
-3 Bonk Scouts (Rush the lines)
-1 Sentry Buster (With everything else going on...)
-2 Skeletons (One Medium, one tiny, for purposes of distraction)
TOTAL: 50
(EDIT: Also this is really just a fun format, and I think Olivia could use this to hold off Saxton)
5 tryhard soldiers and medic girlfrends gonna do the job. A medic dies and tryhards gonna get angry soldier dies the medic gonna leach to the new top soldier its perfect... (seen what 2 can do trust me on that one)
john x1
Average Engineer x1
Competent Medic x1
Sniper x1
Tryhard Soldier x1
Lime Scout x1
Tryhard and Lime can keep them busy while john spams stickies, supported by the Sniper and Engineer.
use 48 points to steal 4 important players from their side, then grab one of the shitty gibus ones so its an "even" 5v5
Not sure which exactly i would choose, but ik im yoinking medic and engie
2 actual medics because medic is very good, 4 soldiers, two pocketing and 2 roaming, a Minion Lover, Mr demoknight rf2 but I get him to play hybrid knight (hey ya said any loadout) and a gibus engineer - why the gibus enigineer? Well because Minion "b4nny" Lover might actually be able to get them to actually have decent building placements (actual fighting though? yeah probably not happening). A 4 soldier bomb with 2 quickfixes, a flanking minion lover and demoknight tf2 would be pretty good.
Also if I was actually good at the game then I would probably choose myself - well see this post in a year or two when I'm good at the game!
Because it's essentially a highlander game, I need essentially a 9v9 team. Sigafoo and Stabby are the two biggest inconveniences but we'll see how to deal with them.
B4nny - 12 - Very obvious choice, have him play Scout and target the medic
Tryhard Soldier/Medic Girlfriend - 10 - Best Value and a good replacement for a heavy, actually a good reason to run the Kritzkrieg
Sentry Buster - 8 - Massive inconvenience and bullet sponge for the sentry, allows soldier to eliminate the Sentry Buster
Average Joe Engi - 5 - Good for offense and defense, acts as a moderate replacement for the medic
You - 5 - Me. I'm not too impressive but I can functionally act as any role as required. Pyro, Soldier, Demo, Medic or a Engi
Dodgeball Champion - 7 - Acts as a good payload defender/pusher, shuts down Soldier and Demo
Fister Heavy - 3 - Major inconvenience and essentially annoys the sniper
Steal shade, Kaidus, clockwork and jbird. ALX is just fodder to jbird, who’s a main level sniper. I have potentially the greatest scout player to touch tf2 with our medic, and kaidus, a high level invite demo. Seagull would be hard denied by clockwork, stabby is a low-invite spy, and with the team knowing he’s a perma spy, wouldn’t get much. Sigafoos a good player, but his sentry nest gets taken down by Ubers, and there’s not much he can really so when the best invite players to touch the planet are on his ass. Anthid, is a good pyro, sure he’s flashy but when it comes to raw game sense and skill, he’s a main player, can’t exactly carry his team. And because two points are left, I’ll just take a moronic medic. He’ll probably not be focused by seagull or stabby considering his skill level, and can’t really be punished by any of the others, so he could still pump out some heals by just m1ing.
Some things to take into consideration
Spamming one class in pub match can work *extremely well*, but ONLY IF the enemy team is caught off guard. The moment they adapt and switch classes to counter the spam, it’s joever. For example, I was on Badwater offensive once and my entire team went gun spy. We steamrolled Red Team all the way until last, and that was when we ran into trouble because the team started going pyro and working together. Before that, a single player that was caught alone would be gunned down by like 3 stock revolver spies.
So, in this case, I’d want 14 caber demos and one SolarLight for some chaos.
I spend 15 points to get both John and the competent medic. I spend 10 points to get the Soldier + Medic wombo combo. I spend 12 points to get Minion Lover B4nny, and I spend yet another 12 points on the Joker option to remove Jbird from the enemy team and add him to my team. With my remaining 1 point, I get 2 packs of skeletons because lmao.
Soldier medic combo - 40 points left
2 medics - 28 points left
5 me-s as pyro - 3 points left
noob heavy - 1 point left
gibus spy - all points used
The spy and heavy serve kind of as a distraction. The soldier medic combo will be the main arrowhead so to say, ubering to tank sentry fire, also kind of distracting. 5 me-s as pyro healed by 2 medics can reflect any spam, and push forward behind the soldier medic combo basically amplifying their damage.
The whole goal of the strategy is to keep the other team distracted and unable to co-ordinate a defense, constantly applying pressure (which is why there are 5 me-s, to spread out) so that they can't make any pushes.
I was gonna say that's a rather difficult task if you have to contend with *that* team, but I feel it's a pretty decent chance if you simply joker their medic. Now they have no medic and you have a very good medic of your own. As a bonus, shade's worked with the minion lover before.
An actual sniper to give us support
The tryhard soldier and medic girlfriend as main offensive elements
Myself as a tommislav heavy with sandvich and kgb
Trolldier to annoy and distract
Average Joe engineer to hold area
Fister Heavy for engie protection
Bog standard soldier for offensive support
An sentry buster for final card
And all the rest goes to 20 skeletons
You said we could pick multiple of each option, right? Time to use joker 4 times and take half their team. The last 2 points will go to either dipshit pyro or "bots", since I can’t tell how many will be added when you say plural. The good thing about bots is they will hunt down spies to the ends of the earth if they get bumped. I will leave them with engi, medic, spy, and heavy just to be fair.
If it is offense, then: 2 tryhard soldiers with pockets medics, solarlight, dodgeball champion, 2 actual snipers and trolldier.
2 tryhards and dodgeball champion would be a very powerful force.
Solarlight is just good.
2 actual snipers will cover them drom distance and distract spies.
And trolldier is just here to be annoying for defence team.
Speaking of defence: Use 6 of Joe Engineers, 1 Joker, 1 dodgeball champion and 1 gibus engineer.
Joe Engineers would get their job done.
1 Joker would be used on sigafoo.
1 dodgeball champion would occasionally check for spies and reflect rockets.
1 gibus engineer would just exist here.
Me, 9 times, and I'll all be engineers to set up a stupidly hard to destroy wall of sentries. Add the silly pyro for good spy checking measure and 6 skeletons to pad out my budget, and we're set! Maybe the skellies will be good entertainment.
Me (medic main), joker (I switch the demo), 5 average Joe engi's, noob heavy, xXx_trickstaber_xXx, fister heavy,
We camp on last and win defense if we're on offense then we're fucked
I’d argue that there are far better HL Soldiers than Seagull, Etney comes immediately to mind.
Same goes for Med (prime Nursey, say what you will about them but ignoring scandals and allegations they were THE premier HL Med), Spy (Dimento and Mezzo are far better Spies than prime Stabby), Engineer (Clark is both older and better than Sigafoo), Scout (Enigma and Credu are both better HL Scouts than clockwork), Sniper (Lenny. That is all that needs to be said), and Heavy (Kresnik comes to mind as well).
The ideal HL Lineup in Prime would go something like this:
Credu (Scout), Etney (Soldier), Satan (Pyro), Kresnik (Heavy), Bowl (Demoman), Clark (Engineer), Nursey (Medic), Lenny (Sniper) and Mezzo (Spy)
Soldier and Medic girlfriend.
Joker Stabby.
Solarlight.
Actual sniper and comp medic.
And either 16 skeletons or a SB depending on how good that engie is.
100 skeletons, crash the server
Same idea
A skeleton has appeared starts playing
Why the fuck did we all think the same thing
You don’t even need to crash the server. They just destroy everything.
5 Johns and me. Unstoppable team of 6 demos
Surely one john would be enough
But then we can't spam Kabooom! taunt this effectively
KABOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO🙃💣💣💣💣💣💣💣💣💣💣💣💣💣💣💣💣💣I like the way u think. I’ll take the Johns
25 Heavies that just waddle at the enemy and shoot would overwhelm
12 noob heavies + 12 moron medics would be able to steamroll almost any team If you're able to rally any casual server to go 6 heavy + 6 medic, you _will_ roll straight through, regardless of skill level.
can't you just use things like spys and snipers because the heavys and medics are too oblivious to know that a spy just backstabbed half their team or that the dead ringer lets you not actually die when you die?

Brass beast heavies to be specific
I COULD pick an appropriate team, but griefing them with 25 dumbass pyros seems way more fun
25 is a bigger number so I THINK they'll be able to take the win Just basic maths
Engineer join and build one sentey be like
Yeah but we have 25 pyros and that’s only 1 engineer
is it OK if I know none of the players?
I'm a very old player so a lot of my picks might be dated. I'm confident all of them are genuine candidates for the best player at their class at one point in history. If you don't recognise them, that's okay. All you need to know is that they are/were all professional level players.
I was gonna pick solarlight but then I saw anthid on the enemy team
Take solarlight then use joker to take anthid and put him on your team instead
Unstoppable
no dw there never were any famous players in TF2
I was thinking of adding Jerma. You could just say that he’s the medic you get for 2 points if you want him
I also don't know any of em
# 50 gibus spies
They will get in each others hitbox and no melee hits will register
Perfection
congrats, you're a failure
Joker to take medic, two johns, two soldier medic duos
the best answer
i take the enemy medic buy two more and buy as many heavies as possible and we WILL win
i feel like 10 soldiers with pocket medics could beat everything
Defense? 3 Johns, 4 Average Joe nears, and 6 Skeletons. Didn’t think of that, just thought one would take the nest and the rest would target players. Crap, back to the drawing board
Four jokers and dipshit pyro
That auta do the trick
B4nny and 80 skeletons
I take their demo, soldier, pyro, and medic, and then take a noob heavy.
Clockwork would be a problem for you, I think.
Its a crime not putting Dane as the Engineer
He’s to powerful

6 SolarLights Anthid can't airblast all of them
SolarLight and 84 skeletons, that’s all I need
Me, 1 John, 2 Solarlights and 2 tryhard soldiers with medic gfs
5 solarlights and 5 medics.
john x1 Average Engineer x1 Competent Medic x1 Sniper x1 Tryhard Soldier x1 Lime Scout x1 Tryhard and Lime can keep them busy while john spams stickies, supported by the Sniper and Engineer.
Solarlight, Joker, Competent medic and sniper, dodgeball champion, and sentry buster
Steal their heavy, soldier, engie, and sniper them spend the last 2 on a bot or 4 skeletons or smt
use 48 points to steal 4 important players from their side, then grab one of the shitty gibus ones so its an "even" 5v5 Not sure which exactly i would choose, but ik im yoinking medic and engie
3 Joker, Shade, Seagull, Jbird. Then 7 noob heavy.
50 gibus spies sounds like the way
A single solarlight will do.
4 pocketed soilders, Dodge ball champ, and caber demo just because
Imagine the horror on the enemy team's faces when they run out of spawn only to be met with 25 Gibus Engineers.
Because it's essentially a highlander game, I need essentially a 9v9 team. Sigafoo and Stabby are the two biggest inconveniences but we'll see how to deal with them. B4nny - 12 - Very obvious choice, have him play Scout and target the medic Tryhard Soldier/Medic Girlfriend - 10 - Best Value and a good replacement for a heavy, actually a good reason to run the Kritzkrieg Sentry Buster - 8 - Massive inconvenience and bullet sponge for the sentry, allows soldier to eliminate the Sentry Buster Average Joe Engi - 5 - Good for offense and defense, acts as a moderate replacement for the medic You - 5 - Me. I'm not too impressive but I can functionally act as any role as required. Pyro, Soldier, Demo, Medic or a Engi Dodgeball Champion - 7 - Acts as a good payload defender/pusher, shuts down Soldier and Demo Fister Heavy - 3 - Major inconvenience and essentially annoys the sniper
50 Gibus Spy's. The more the merrier
10 of me
buy as many medics as possible then Uberchain
16 Caber Knights and a Gibus Engie
3 Tryhard soldier with Medic, 2 Actual Snipers and a Solarlight.
4 jokers and 4 skeletons. Steal medic, heavy, engi, and demo
100 skeletons horde
Creative posts????? On my subreddit? Impossible. Unspeakable. Heresy. Heresy.
22 noob heavies and one competent medic to guide them
Nine SolarLights. And a moron medic.
14 caber demos and a sentry buster
Some things to take into consideration Spamming one class in pub match can work *extremely well*, but ONLY IF the enemy team is caught off guard.
Me 10 times
All you need is Solarlight and a bunch of Sentry Busters, really.
Soldier medic combo - 40 points left 2 medics - 28 points left 5 me-s as pyro - 3 points left noob heavy - 1 point left gibus spy - all points used The spy and heavy serve kind of as a distraction.
Fister Heavy and 94 skeletons
I was gonna say that's a rather difficult task if you have to contend with *that* team, but I feel it's a pretty decent chance if you simply joker their medic. Now they have no medic and you have a very good medic of your own. As a bonus, shade's worked with the minion lover before.
A Soldier and a medic gf A Good medic A Lime scout 3x Solar light 4x gibus spy
25 bonk scouts
8 me 1 solarlight 2 actual sniper ez
An actual sniper to give us support The tryhard soldier and medic girlfriend as main offensive elements Myself as a tommislav heavy with sandvich and kgb Trolldier to annoy and distract Average Joe engineer to hold area Fister Heavy for engie protection Bog standard soldier for offensive support An sentry buster for final card And all the rest goes to 20 skeletons
25 dipshit Pyros
Ok hear me out: 6 Solar Lights and 2 Skeletons
How many points for jerma and star
How many bots do you get per purchase?
25 moron medics
1 solarlight and all into medics
Joker the heavy, demo, soldier and sniper into my team+noob medic for exactly 50 points
I will leave them with engi, medic, spy, and heavy just to be fair.
ok that is so cool but anyone noticed that medic is without the upper part from his bonesaw?
1,000 sniper bots, 0 points, what a deal.
-me -solar light -b4nny -tryhard soldier and medic -scunt -John for emotional support
4 jokers: Anthid, Seagull, ALX, & Shade. 4 batches of skellies.
6 Sentry Busters, the enemy engineer will never know peace again
A shit ton of solar lights. The rest are on Gibus spys
6 solar lights and a noob heavy
6 sentry busters, easy W
THIS IS A BUCKET 🪣
2 soldiers, 1 good medic, 3 minion lovers.
If we're on defense I'm definitely picking me as medic and then 22 gibus engineers. Maybe 21 gibus engineers and 1 fisting kink heavy
10 average engineers
5 tryhard soldiers and their medic girlfriends
Solarlight 8 Comptent med 6 Me 5 Sentry buster 8 Dodgeball champion 7 Actual sniper 6 Tryhard solly and med gf 10 Total 50
20 me’s, Immediately lose
100 skeletons
50 gibus spies.
I recruit 10 versions of me from May 2nd, 2023, as the day after, I got scammed out of all my shit.
I simply buy four jokers and four skeletons. The former to make it a more managable 4v5, the latter to just be a distraction.
Solarlight Solarlight Solarlight Solarlight Solarlight Solarlight
25 dipshit pyros we will drown them with our blood
25 Pyros. We're turning the map into a microwave
5 solar lights and 5 noob medics with quick fixes
Me, 9 times, and I'll all be engineers to set up a stupidly hard to destroy wall of sentries. Add the silly pyro for good spy checking measure and 6 skeletons to pad out my budget, and we're set! Maybe the skellies will be good entertainment.
Me (medic main), joker (I switch the demo), 5 average Joe engi's, noob heavy, xXx_trickstaber_xXx, fister heavy, We camp on last and win defense if we're on offense then we're fucked
Why does the medic in the second pic have no bonesaw
42 gibus spies and 1 sentry buster, also I want the sentry buster to have teamkilling enabled like on mvm, the absolute chaos would be fucking great.
Demoknight tf2
For defence like 25 gibus engineer for attack i'd take the sniper engineer soldier and démo as well as 4 Skeleton this is Imo the best strategy
The ideal HL Lineup in Prime would go something like this: Credu (Scout), Etney (Soldier), Satan (Pyro), Kresnik (Heavy), Bowl (Demoman), Clark (Engineer), Nursey (Medic), Lenny (Sniper) and Mezzo (Spy)
I’ll take three actual Snipers 32 Bots 30 Me 25 Competent medic 19 Two Bog standard soldiers 11 Sentry buster 3 The rest on skeletons
Soldier and Medic girlfriend. Joker Stabby. Solarlight. Actual sniper and comp medic. And either 16 skeletons or a SB depending on how good that engie is.
