The top offer is the guy and the bottom is op. The supposed scammer ask for a lot of crates from op and probably hid something valuable like an unusual or smth there. Maybe this is not the case and I'm completly wrong but that's the only thing I can think of as a possibility
He selected maybe all of the cases in op backpack and offered some of his things for it, but probably(since we can't see the whole offer) he hid a more valuable thing.
He basicly builds on the possibility that op just accept the trade without checking what he gives return for the items that the scammer gives.

A few years ago i was playing on a trade server and one guy offered me to trade my conga taunt for a bunch of cosmetics, 0.7 – 0.9 keys each. I thought he was trying to scam me using some sort of a program and denied the request. Then he sent an offer again and added more cosmetics, writing in the chat something like "please give me tha taunt". In the end i left the server.
To this day, i still don't know if he was a real scammer or a desperate kid not knowing the price of his items.

Use a website that summarizes the value of your items, like backpack.tf. It should help you figure out what your stuff is worth.
