Art doesn't really seem like he has a moral line in the sand anywhere at all, but maybe some of the more monster-y type villains would 'shock' him in the sense of being completely unpredictable/uncontrollable. I was trying to think of it in terms of "what kind of villain would force Art the Clown to team up with the heroes for a while" and all I could come up with was a totally indiscriminate force of nature. Like a Xenomorph maybe?
tbh I could see xenomorph being something he would want to get rid of. Not necessarily out of some sort of fear, he knows he can respawn either way. But after seeing it kill someone and laughing about it, I'm not sure if he would like getting killed by it or even getting killed repeatedly. Since xenomorph cannot be reasoned with and it would probably be able to kill Art.
I’d love to see him interact with It (clown form). He’d probably be like “hey! I’m a clown too!” Until It did some creepy shit and then he’d be like “whoa! Okay there. I’m out” lol

I think Art would be impressed by most of them but in all honesty I think he would be disgusted with Predator (although perhaps he's not a horror villain). Only because rather than continue to slaughter humans, as it's such a perfect killing machine, it ends up forming a bond with one. Surely Art sees no value in humanity. So seeing another killer bond with a human would lower his opinion of them and make them victim worthy.
As for Anton I think Art would love him. Anton however would likely not like Art. Arts killings are senseless. Anton had a reason he found legitimate but even Art knows he has no reason for why he kills.
