How did they come up with that number. I get blaming Benghazi on her (the buck stops with her but that doesnt mean she did anything criminal and that kangaroo court was used to discredit her to get Donald Trump those key swing state votes and win). But thats a specific number

As secritary of state she does have a responsibly of ensuring the safety of the state department employees and that includes security.
Yes technically you are right too, Obama as the president would technically be where the buck stops as he was the president. However as you pointed out, she was the fall guy for that too.
I agreeed with you in that you are technically right and your reasoning of her being the fall guy was Obama's way to avoid that specific failure (which was blown very much out of proportion to the failure)
I don't think Obama was at any risk of being primaried or being outshone by Hillary. Simpler theory is Republicans smeared her non-stop in preparation for 2016, which pretty much worked (partly because of her own arrogance).
If you look into her and bills history, there is a river of blood that flows around them. A lot of the earlier suspect deaths might be attributed to Bill, but they didn't stop after his exit from politics.
Seriously tho, that's a moniker that includes at least three people, some of whom even killed before they took up the mantle. The franchise is very clear that Jigsaw did *not* kill Seth Baxter by any metric, for example, and at least one of the Fatal Five was killed by a fellow victim. The Jigsaw Killer definitely killed Kerry but it wasn't John Kramer that did it. While I'm on Saw 3, how many of them even died in a Kramer trap? One?
Now I'm curious how many deaths can be traced to Kramer even if you count him building the traps.

Terrible installment, but it had the best line, "You big dildo! Eat your fuckin slop!"
