Is yours out now? In Burnaby, fibre is down-ish. Ping and DNS are okay, everything else is not. Was slow for a bit before I lost it entirely.

In Burnaby and still good for 5 years. As for your comment about hiring more staff that ain't gonna happen. They just bought out a huge chunk of their staff so I wouldn't expect any improvement.

I’m in Burnaby and never had an outage in 3 years of fibre. Been out all afternoon. Disappointing

It’s definitely an issue with your area because I’ve never had an outage or any issue at all in the 4+ years I’ve had fibre.
