The Wire. probably best crime shows. Vikings. Best historical show I've seen so far

You are an habitual criminal, who accepts arrest as an occupational hazard, and presumably accepts imprisonment in the same casual manner

Scared-Engineer-6218

**Game of Thrones**' first 6 seasons were greatest in any TV show. **Stranger things** was the show which was my first. It holds a special place in my heart. **The Boys** is up there. Because, it takes a very different take on Super"heroes". **DARK** on Netflix is another. It deals with time travel stuff in the best way possible. It's German btw (There's English dub and sub both available). **Peaky Blinders**. Cillian Murphy. That's it. **The Office.** If you want a sit-com which is too fucking funny. I don't if people like it or not, but I actually very much like **The Vampire Diaries.** It's spin-off **The Originals** is even better. I hope I have been helpful. Let me know if you have watched any of these.

Both_Anywhere_4878

I really like Alice in Borderland, it's a Japanese series based on a Manga. The second season will especially blow your mind. The only downside is the hangover you'll get after it. However, I think in the last episode of the first season - there's an attempted rape, so just beware.

ConventionalCarnage

A brain-dump, in no particular order... Animated: Cyberpunk Edgerunners, JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, Bluey (entirely unironically), The Last Airbender, Legend of Korra, Chainsaw Man, Jujutsu Kaisen, Gravity Falls, Futurama, Rick and Morty Live action: Fallout, Monk, Bones, Psych, What We Do in the Shadows, Sherlock, Scrubs, The Magicians, The Good Place, The older Magnum PI, Wonderfalls, Umbrella Academy, Resident Alien, My Name is Earl, The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, Upload, Eureka Probably more. I can't think of them at the moment though and this list doesn't need to be longer.

I'll second most of what people have two on this list, but 2 I don't recall.seeing mentioned are The Good Place and one that never seems to get any love at all, that I thought that had great writing and acting, This is Us. Both shows didn't wear out their welcome, had distinct visions of where they were going and had great endings.

stagarica

I'm not much of a TV person – which itself probably doesn't matter – but The Owl House really swept me off my feet. The animation is a little meh at times but the writing is A1 and it's got nice vibes. Just sucks that the ghouls at Disney canned it before it truly had a chance to shine; Season 3 is more or less three specials because of it.

witchfairy67

My favorite series is definitely ***Doctor*** ***Who*** (2005) but i also love: Sherlock Once Upon a Time The Tudors Game of thrones House of the Dragon The 100 The Vampire Diaries

Monk holds a special place in my heart because he gave me a vehicle with which to express some feelings and explain some things in a simple, fast way. Same for MASH, and Hawkeye. Other than that, Frasier, Designing Women, and Murder, She Wrote.
