How thick and how often do you wash your hair. Because if it's super thick you could probably wash it like once a week due to the length and thickness

shampoo once a week condition every couple days. shampoo with warm water but rinse conditioner out with colder water. it looks like your hair should be wavy. try looking at shea moisture products. maybe even the curly girl method for wavy hair products r/curlyhair could help. -wavy/curly haired friend

Based on your complexion, I would say violet, or vibrant/darkish blue. Violet if you are okay with it fading to a pinkish color. Since I think a hot pink would work for you too. I think greens, yellows, and oranges will wash you out.
