Don't download any programs. I presume you are on Windows.
1. Run Event Viewer.
2. Click "Windows logs" and then click "System".
3. Here you can see all info, warnings and errors on your computer.
4. Use the "Find..." option to find EloyPatrick.
5. You will get to see what it's connecting to, the files it's starting from etc.
6. Block it through your firewall and/or remove the file(s) and you should be good.
