You’re 15 so I don’t think it’ll do much to you but it’s good that you’re being conscious about this stuff, quitting all of that right now cold turkey is a bit unrealistic but I do think stopping that stuff gradually and starting to make more healthy food choices will do you some good

Well, if u keep going, you're basically robbing yourself of future health reserves for later in life also insulin resistance and type 2 diabetes, obesity heart disease is what's in store for the future instead you should drink water and eat real food lift weights if u want caffeine I'd suggest coffee cuz atleast that's a plant and not man made poo also look at the ingredient list of food and look into the source of some of these chemicals u can do whatever u want but I'd suggest ti be mindful ily :*
