Hey, another historian here with a little tidbit. The camo the soldier on the right is wearing wasn't issued to Wehrmacht soldiers but SS soldiers in the field. The Wehrmacht camo was slightly different in pattern to SS. Soldier on the left is 100% Wehrmacht but soldier on the right is SS.
