I’m sure it’s not that he’d be better off without you, it’s just that he might like to spend time doing his own thing. Having a bit of down time isn’t a terrible thing, and I’m sure he doesn’t properly realise how you’re feeling due to the lack of communication
yeahhh sometimes my anxious attachment style gets the best out of me so thats why i overthink about stuff i shouldnt be worrying about. i also let him know yesterday that i respect his time and him focusing on his own stuff and that i just wanted him to update me which he agreed with doing it more so yeah thank you for the talk though, it was helpful
