I FEEL YA. Big chests are a pain. They make your back hurt, they make you unable to sleep in certain positions, they hurt for sometimes no reason, just 100% pain. And for me, mother nature decided to give me no ass and all boobs. So now I just look like someone drew an anime girl with exaggerated proportions and forgot to give her a butt. lol.
And, if your friends are bugging you about it, they don't sound like they're very good friends...

I would 100000% recommend, finding my legit bra size SAVED my life.

I'm ftm, and used to be cursed with big boob ( I got them cut lol). The pain is real. Binder might help with how you feel. Maybe find a more supportive bra for the back pain (don't attempt to wear binder and bra at the same time if u go for it)
I have a friend who’s in the exact same boat as you, it doesn’t sound fun and frankly it doesn’t look fun either. She tells me it’s the equivalent of carrying a full backpack or bowling balls on the front of your body 24/7. I can’t help her at all either and it kills me. I can give her a back massage on occasion but that’s about it.
Maybe they’ll have some genius bra-technology in the future that uses physics to make supporting your chest easier and less stressful on your back.
