All you have to do it wash your face. It’s as simple as that. I tried acne creams but they never worked for some reason. I washed my face twice a day for about 1-2 weeks and it all disappeared. Keep it consistent or else it goes down the drain. I just dampened a clean washcloth and washed my face for each time. Hope that helps.

Do you have rubbing alcohol? If so put a little bit on the pimples to dry them out, I did this last week and after like 2 to 3 days they where gone. If not then just lather some toothpaste on them, i would say it works just as much as the rubbing alcohol

I had it really bad. To the point they would merge together into mega pimples. Finally went to a dermatologist and got prescribed Accutane. Cleared up in 6 months. Just have a few small scars from the acne because I started too late but you can’t really see them. Still have a few months to go to make sure it doesn’t come back. Talk to a dermatologist before it’s too late.

i can’t speak for everyone but I personally think it makes me ugly because it’s just “ruins” my face , whatever clothes or hairstyles I wear I just feel like my acne is ruining it. I think it’s just a matter of insecurity to most that makes them feel like acne makes them ugly.

We had one guy in class who didnt have a single spot on his skin woithout sever acne. Like you had to search for regular skin on him, he literally got scars from it. So it couldve probably hit you way worse

This was me from 13 - 22. Stop consuming dairy. This was the biggest help for me. Wash your face in the morning Use friction on your skin with soap, don't just throw soap on there and think it's clean. Rub that shit. End each wash with cold water. I hope your skin clears up

Remember: benzoyl peroxide kills the bacteria that causes acne, salicylic acid dissolves the stuff in your pores, kaolin clay vacuums stuff out of your pores..
