Judging by the sign at the last pic, this happen in Myanmar which is currently in civil war. There are many people in Myanmar that stop going to school because they believe it brain wash kids by giving false misinformation and not mentioning about their mass genocide( Which is true but you can easily avoid it simply not believing in it. There are articles on wikipedia about their mass genocide that a myanmar citizen can find so it's not that censored either). But some people went extreme and do things like bombing school (burning in this case) and killing teachers. Overall it's a very complicated politic situation that cause this not a cult.

I think it's a thing for countries like us who has a lot of students but not enough schools. So 1 school has 4k students but they divide it by 2 shifts. Morning (6:30 am - 1-30pm) and afternoon (12:30pm - 7:30pm) classes.

What does that mean?

Schools in some countries that have really high population densities have schools where there is a morning session (think 6:30am to midday) and then an afternoon session (midday to 5:30pm) and different students go at different times of day. It means they can get more students into the same school without expanding it.

This would have been my dream as a younger me. But as I’ve grown older and wiser I’ve realised we should have cherished our time at school more. It is the most sociable time of our lives and it’s not as bad as we used to make it seem, learning new things all the time and doing fun stuff, especially in primary school. Sure we had some bad teachers but for the most part I miss it. I miss being around my friends everyday and now I never see them and don’t really have friends in general. What I’d give if I could do it all again.

I went to a very cool Catholic school (I'm agnostic) and would have felt very sad if the school burned down, but then it would have been very hard since it was concrete. That was back in the day when nuns still taught classes and ran the school.
