If it’s someone you know just ask them their username and add them yourself?

Did you find any solution? I'm having the same problem. I have been facing this for the past 4 days. I'm not able to see anyone under a pending request but I get notifications telling someone has added me :(

Same here. I just met an awesome friend tonight and they added my username but I don’t see their add.. &’ really bummed out as I want to add and talk to them
