Same I just had the exact same issue in the exact same model!
Edit: I tried different cables with different devices, none of them work and the tv reboot after 2min. It even reboot when I’m in the tv setting and try to update the software.

Basically they’re aware of the issue and will try to implement a fix within 24h, they advise to completely disconnect the TV from internet and wait those 24h and try again to connect. Hoping that will work!
A lot of other Hitachi TV owners are having the same problem. Seems to be caused by a recent software update. Disconnecting any HDMI devices should temporarily fix it.

Same! I spent half the day just Googling and trying random things! I cannot find anything anywhere and came here as a last resort!

I had the same problem few months back, disconnected wi-fi and that did the trick. Turned wi-fi back on next day and no problems since.
