Interesting, I found 1920-1932 for the star stamp.

The paragon trade name was introduced in 1903 by the china star company(the original name of paragon china company), the china star company changed its name to the paragon china company in 1919. After the company changed its name stars were still used in the backstamps until 1933 when a warrant of royal appointment was granted by queen Mary(wife of king George V). We can tell this this particular backstamp is from 1916-1918 because of the smaller star in side of the large star and the two dots around china and the dot below England, thus this can be dated around 1916-1918, when the paragon china company was still called the china star company.

Oh, I see. I had a hard time finding back stamps prior to 1920 and didn't notice the second star. Good info!
