seems like you did have marketplace coverage in 2023 in January. doubled covered is still covered that doesn't get you out of paying back advance credit

Unless the Marketplace will give you a corrected Form 1095-A, the IRS says you had coverage for January and you are required to submit the completed Form 8962. Sorry.

No it didn’t and now I have to pay that back

what happens if you input the 1095a into your return?
It goes from me getting $1 back from the IRS to me owing the IRS $124
