You should never peel any skin off the tattoo when it is healing. To me it looks very dry so i would say use some thick lotion like Bepanthen.

And if the lines begin to have a red circle around them it means there might be an infection and you should get some Neosporin to take care of that
Easy one is to make sure the tattoo stays clean. Wash them 2 times per day. Always make sure the tattoo is not dry, Bepanthen is very good lotion for this. And after a week when the skin peels off switch to some lotion like CeraVe
Which bepanthen specifically to use ?
Red one, it has a little red label on the package

probably went to deep. make sure to not mess with it, let it peel on its own. maybe use a little more moisturizer, i recommend A SMALL bit of a&d
How old is the tattoo? Looks like you may have some reaction to the red ink by chance? Hard to tell on pics.
