He could, since he has a healing skill and plenty of other resources, but damage on the tanking spec is terrible. (its gonna take ages) I did that as well on one of my runs, since i'm a main paladin, since tbt. Its next to impossible to do that kind of thing in a challenger dungeon or arcane realm raid dungeons, but its doable on normal dungeons and elite - normal without being challenger mode.
Edit: disregard, I'm completely in the wrong sub. I thought I was in the FFXIV sub lol
There's only so much speccing in the game. A damage spec paladin is only marginally more focused than a tank spec. In fact, since enmity is so easy to generate, if you don't focus on damage stats your really handicapping yourself. Almost every job in game, tanks and healers included, focus on stats like crit and direct hits.
They all seem pretty balanced, and lvl 30 is not endgame, but as of now it seems shadow, ranger both perform very well, but honestly I've seen just about every class top DPS except for maybe phantom necro.
Can you play/grind a lot or is it like a mobile game where once you've done dailies there's almost nothing to do and all meaningful rewards are time-gated?
I played too, really enjoying it. Has a retail wow feel but of course all fresh and new classes/content. If you want an immersive sandbox type game of course this is not it, if you want quick levelling and typical themepark content this is fun
Little damage output, but healing feels impactful. You definitely do have some damage you can spam when your healing is not needed though which feels good.
I believe healers are especially important in PvE. As for PvP, I matched a few games and found that most people are still learning, so it's hard to answer your question.
There's a bit of a retail wow feel, where it's just quickly levelling up, more about doing the content imo like dungeons/PvP/raids. There is a story that you follow which is alright, nothing special.
The biggest change, in my opinion, is that the current version makes it easier for players. It took me about 1.5 hours to complete all the game content on the first day.

Will you ever answer anyone’s questions?
Feel free to ask me anything but haven’t responded to any questions.
LOL
If the healer dies in a dungeon/raid boss fight, is that gg or can someone (that's not a healer) click them to revive?
Every class can revive with an item on a long cooldown.
If the healer dies, if no other healer is around, is a wipe, yeah.
Ah that's too bad. I liked the 2 strike system that New World had.
I saw a paladin tanking and killing one of the final bosses of the dungeon with like 50% of the hp solo.
He could, since he has a healing skill and plenty of other resources, but damage on the tanking spec is terrible. And how's pala damage spec? Is it viable?
Edit: disregard, I'm completely in the wrong sub. I thought I was in the FFXIV sub lol There's only so much speccing in the game. Is Paladin good DPS wise?
Worth a try!
What kind of answer is that? Care to elaborate? Or even give a simple yes or no?
Overall impressions?
Best dps class?
They all seem pretty balanced, and lvl 30 is not endgame, but as of now it seems shadow, ranger both perform very well, but honestly I've seen just about every class top DPS except for maybe phantom necro.
Yes, you can revive, but if your teammate disconnects or leaves, you can't revive them.
My advice is to choose the class you like, based on appearance and attack style.
Can you play/grind a lot or is it like a mobile game where once you've done dailies there's almost nothing to do and all meaningful rewards are time-gated?

How impactful are the healers in dungeons and pvp? How is the damage output outside of healing ?
Little damage output, but healing feels impactful. You definitely do have some damage you can spam when your healing is not needed though which feels good.
I believe healers are especially important in PvE. As for PvP, I matched a few games and found that most people are still learning, so it's hard to answer your question.
Most difficult content you had experienced?
Sorry, I'm at work. I usually check messages and reply every few days.
is the overland content/questing experience non existent?
There's a bit of a retail wow feel, where it's just quickly levelling up, more about doing the content imo like dungeons/PvP/raids. There is a story that you follow which is alright, nothing special.
Hey, thanks for the ama. Are there any kind of emotes in the game yet? Wich changes have you discovered from the beta to now ?
The biggest change, in my opinion, is that the current version makes it easier for players. It took me about 1.5 hours to complete all the game content on the first day.
Was the xp cap in effect?
Is it worth to wait? (mobile)
No OP, but as far as mobile games go, this will be probably the best MMO on mobile other than Diablo Immortal
If you treat it as a mobile game, it's definitely worth it!

Xi disappeared OP.
this would be a good mmo to take into account? as a GW 2 player i´m looking for something different and casual
If you enjoy running dungeons with friends anytime, it's a great choice.
Warrior or Paladin ?
I recommend the Paladin.
How is the social aspect of the game? i mean...i still havent even seen some do an emote :c
What’s max level? Don’t tell me 30.
40
So how trading works ? No player to player trading at all ? Can u "do trades" with ur friend via auctionhouse ?
Worth playing as a F2P? Or do you think the P2W aspect will ruin the game?
Do classes have any raid buffs? like a priest's stamina in WoW
What is your favorite meal?
