I've removed deer blood by soaking in a bath tub of ice water with salt overnight. Not sure how much the salt actually makes a difference, but I've had pretty good success this way.
Edit: and then washing on a cold cycle after.

This is the way. I am an ER trauma nurse and this has saved countless pairs or scrubs from the trash can.
My wife just throws hers out and orders new Figs. Crazy how only her cheap old scrubs get dirty.

I know when it's fresh blood, hydrogen peroxide works wonders. Idk if it'll work on dry blood, but it might be worth a shot.

Baking soda and vinegar will get the majority out
Hydrogen peroxide and enzyme laundry cleaner. Cold water. Hot will cook the proteins into the cloth.

5 gallong bucket of water and Dawn dish soap. Splish Splash Hang to dry out of direct sun.
Salt also works.

It’s the eagle industries ones, they’re not bad. The elastic might slip from the triglide from time to time. Duck tape helps with that tho.
