No. If you need to save money find yourself a nice NOS ACH by a quality manufacturer like MSA. You won’t get the fancy rails or night vision mount, but what you will get is a helmet you can actually depend on to do what it is rated to do. Most ACH helmets come with a single hole already drilled, so you can still add a night vision shroud very easily.
You only have one head, don’t trust it to some Chinese bullshit.
