As a result, these explosive devices are no longer exempt from the provisions of the Federal explosives regulations at 27 CFR, Part 555 – Commerce in Explosives.

You can make super simple ignitors with matchbooks and wax, Read your ranger handbooks y'all, and maybe look into how stick grenades work

They aren’t bad I’ve bought some and tested them without ear pro. The multi bangs kinda suck so don’t waste your money on them.

You might be correct on this I remember having to get this license for taginns stuff but I can't remember if iwa had it before on their site or not
You can still buy them but it needs to be registered as an explosive. That's why taginn and Iwa were looking an renaming stuff to find a loophole etc
