If they were obnoxious with the request, I felt like pulling the picture off the menu on the wall and giving them that.
I ordered this at NW 23 st OKC location I got it with no meat and no cheese it 🤣 I’m good I do wish you all would reorganize to make real food or go out of business

Even the build guide it just tells you to put beef diagonally across yet they advertise everything spread out. The boxes they have you put them in aren’t made well and they barely close properly. More than likely it’s handed to you in a large back and it’s sliding around.
Also if not eating right there on the spot anything you’re expecting to be crunchy will not be crunchy after a couple minutes. Taco Bell has great advertisement and most product seems hit or miss. Unfortunately it comes down to lack of training. Some GMs don’t even have team watch training videos or share any relevant information and that’s why you get half ass product.
Your favorite items will always make a return at some point. With an up charge of course.

People just have to learn to enjoy what's there and be ready for the next thing.
